Buying a new car is not at the top of my list of things I enjoy doing; however Tim Lile was very helpful and informative and made the experience easy. I felt comfortable dealing with him and Bill Bryan KIA.

***SUPERB SEEMLESS SERVICE SERVED HERE!*** GET READY TO BUY YOUR CAR NEXT CAR HERE! I found the car I wanted, but I didn't have the money to pay cash, right then, and there. Then Dave Williams, in sales, ACTUALLY, gave me the car right FRIC!#N' now! No problem, says Dave Williams (sales), at ...Bill Bryan Kia. Bill Bryan Kia REALLY and ACTUALLY gave me the car and waited until I received (a settlement) my money (10 days), to put my check through! I was able to take the car home and go to my doctor appointments, etc. This Bill Bryan team ROCKS! I thought that I was given highly unusual "red carpet" treatment here....But I was wrong! Dave told me, in plain English, that there were at least three other customers, he'd helped, who also got a car upfront, but had to wait to pay, until their check cleared. How do they do this, you ask? Come in today, and see for yourselves! Just make sure you ask for Dave Williams, here, at Bill Bryan Kia. Finally, I am NOT easily to deal with...I'm hard of hearing. Dave, and the entire Bill Bryan Team, exercised patience, and went to "bat" for me! This was true "2019 seamless service," from reception, to sales, to finance, and out the door! Completed two recalls/software updates - took 3 hours, however very relaxful waiting area with food, drinks, tables, couches along with wifi made the time waiting go by quickly. Customers can work on items they brought or just relax enjoying the many things to keep them entertained. Best customer... waiting room I've ever encountered in my 57 yrs of owning vehicles. They do not push recommended service. The waiting area and staff are friendly and it's well stocked. I have been pleased with the service since I purchased mu Kia in 2015.
